Panobook Upload Problems

On the last day to enter images in the Panobook.org call for submissions, I located 3 tiffs (also had the option for jpgs), and prepared to upload them.  I uploaded the first one and got to a window that asked for textual information about it.  So, I complied.  The text appeared in its window, but the associated image did not.  So, given no further directions and only an Add An Image button, I uploaded the first image again, but the left image window was still empty. It said: Tiffs may not appear as thumbnails.  Ok, so I filled out the second text and uploaded its image.  Then, with no verification regarding what had been uploaded at that point, I filled out the third text window and uploaded ....  or tried to.  It said: you cannot upload any more, as you have exceeded the three maximum limit.  Ok, now it appears that I uploaded one twice.  It's bad enough that it said I could upload tiffs, but then it could not show a thumbnail in the proper window.  Ok, ok. I understand that might have been difficult, but to not let me know even the file names of what had been uploaded was not good.  Or, might I have wished that the uploader could have stopped a upload that had been uploaded previously, by matching up its name?  Seems more time had been given to the legal documents for my submission than to the uploader. :-(

Re: Panobook Upload Problems

You are right, TIFF images do not generate a thumbnail.
The contest will end on August 10, so you still have time to remove all your uploaded images and send new ones.
Good idea to display the file name, we'll do that for next year.
