As far as I remember the value I selected for Keep only the N best control points option has never been strictly followed by any of the previous Autopano versions I used...

Now this is a real issue because to use Add manual control points I want to keep only a small amount of good automatic control points (5 in the example.)  The workaround is to delete them link after link but...
