Out of memory

Hi guys. I've just finished construction of my own motorizes panhead (excite), and now my elation at having completed the thing has been marred by errors:

Quite simple - "Out of memory" - Happens after the first line is rendered in APG. I'm using all the default settings for the pano which consists of 175 images of +- 3Mb each.

The other error - Also after a few moments of rendering - 'ERROR GFL: "GFL_ERROR_NO_MEMORY" File: "C:/Panos/IMG004.JPG"'

My machine: WinXP SP3, APG 2.06, 2.8Ghz Dual Core, 4Gb DDR800, 2HDDs - only 4gb free on install HDD but scratch disk an output folder on the secondary with 200GB+ free

So ultimatley could someone with more experience point out for me the most obvious things that could be wrong, and what I should do?

Many many thanks guys. Help will be greatly appreciated

***Also tried APG v2.03 - same probs... sad
***RMS for image set is 4.75 (good)

Re: Out of memory

Hello,
Check the temp directory in the settings, it should also point to your big drive.

Re: Out of memory

Thanks Vklaffehn - tried that and still no luck. I'm now considering running 3 drives (OS, image store, scratch and output)

Will separate source and scratch drives make a difference?

Again. Thanks for helping a novice.
