This one loads veeery slow . . . (i have a 16Mb cable).
You didn´t make a 2:1image - therefor it´s bent and distorted at the Nadir.

very simple
a full spherical is 360 to 180 degree.... so 2:1 and if your image is not this 2:1 than in result your image will be disformed/streched or shrinked to such an 2:1... look to you nadir point... the bottom lines should be parallell...
you can correct this in your APT by playing with the vield of view FOV values. In result the black nadir point I suspect will grow...

and also for me your tour is very slow.... review your image quality settings in APT, I suspect value 12 you set... = uncompressed jpeg...
set ti to 10 and result will be speed up...
