Hmmmm ... can't close the window for the pano, or APP itself. Looks like I'll have to use TaskManager to "End Process Tree" and start over. APP isn't completely hung, as I can move from window to window. But I can't get it to do anything. The "X's" in the upper right of both windows are disabled. I can go in and out of the CP editor, but can't do anything once in the CP editor.

Yes - it´s one of the few real shortcomings of APP/APG: you can´t stop a process.
On Macs usually you can stop a process pressing "cmd" + "." without killing the application. Not in APP/APG - here you might have to wait a very long time until a mistakingly started process has ended. Or you have to kill the whole app and start all over again.
