As I answered every body on many forums, it seems that it's not possible to do it actually: open new tours via the combobox

A workaround would be to do one project in APT containing independent linked tours like:
pano1->pano2->pano3->pano1
pano4->pano5->pano6->pano4
add a combobox
and manually edit the xml file to delete each unwanted combobox item in order to have only pano1 and pano4 in it.

That's a good idea, but it's not what I really want because I will not have a map per tour
