Bonjour
Cannot write into file C:.../.../AppData/Temp/APP[suite de chiffres].tif"
Thomas

As far as I know RAW files do not have ALPHA layers in them.

Thomas,
How many NEF images, and how much RAM do you have?

36 NEF images (9 Mo each)
and 4GB of RAM
I think it is important to notice that i've just been trying the same thing on Autopano Giga 2.0.1 (evaluation version) and it works perfectly.
So, there is surely an incompability between .NEF and Autopano 1.3.0
What do you think?

I think that's most likely to be the reason - the D80 was introduced after that version of APP I think so probably does not support conversion of D80 NEFs.

I can't afford the Autopano Giga Licence but i'd really like to work in RAW (.NEF)
Is there a reason to hope for me with my little APP 1.3.0 version?
Like a patch or a free update who can solve my problem?
Thanks

As I understand it there's little if any benefit to be had from using RAW images as input to APP.
You are best off doing the RAW conversion before inputting images to APP.

Thanks again Mediavets for your quick answer.
It's a good thing if RAW conversion takes place before inputting to APP.
Do you remember where you get this information?

there are a few threads on this on the forum, regarding raw conversions prior to importing to Autopano pro/giga
Kolor provide, a reasonable raw conversion, but with the dedicated RAW converters, you can get a better result - YMMV. If you are not that familiar with raw conversion it can be a bit of a learning curve to get the hang of on top of the whole pano-process.
Good luck and have a crack at it :-)
