I attach two screenshots:
the first is after a 90 degree rotate, following initial detection that produced a wrong orientation
the second after running an autofit.
Note: can supply reduced set of source images

In the first screen capture Phi Min/Max: -44.95/29.99, in the second one Phi Min/Max: 29.99/-44.95. An inversion between Min and Max somewhere in the code could explain that...
