Hello,
I noticed some quality differences using TIFF-16 and CR2 images in the resultant panorama... The image attached shows two results; the first (left) image was generated converting the CR2 to TIFF16 in CS3 to generate the panorama; the second image (right) was generated using the CR2 files directly in APP2.0, Each image was rendered as 16bit PSD.
To me the difference is obvious; however, I don't know if I'm doing something wrong...
No filter adjustment was applied during the CR2-->TIFF-16 conversion, or, in APP2.0 like LDR/HDR...
Any ideas / comments / suggestions?

That's the whole point of using dedicated RAW conversion software. Nothing wrong here. Striaght off the top of the hat, I can see that CS3 used a different demosaicing algorithm to the one dcraw used and applied some unsharp masking. Most RAW conversion software lie when they claim to make no adjustments. RawTherapee is one of the exceptions.
