Reading about an discount upgrade offer to be sent to Autopano 1 users like me by end of April via e-mail I was quite interested but then noticed that no such mail was ever sent to me though I'm a registered user of Autopano 1.4.2.
I contacted the support using the contact form on this page twice but did not receive any response. So, has anyone in this forum an idea what's going wrong here and knows how to get some positive response from the company?

Log into the autopano webshop and check that your email adress is valid. If it is, then send an email to AlexandreJ.
