I previously sent some sample pics of a big black background containing  small panos using version APG 2

I convert all of my canon (1Ds m III or 5D mk II) raw files to Adobe dng format before processing. Have done so and rendered sucessfully with APP 1.4 and APG beta RC2 without overwhelming problems. I have been outputting 16 bit psd files.

With APG V 2.0, all rendering failed... detection and editing seemed to work ok. I've posted some of these mostly black examples.

Tonight I exported a 4 image set of dng files as tif images. These tif images were detected and properly rendered with APG version 2.0.

I can ftp you some dng files to try on a mac, but would really, really like this problem solved.

I've had only one success but will revisit this forum with this problem, if tif doesn't continue to TEMPORARILY I HOPE work until you get the problem on your end fixed
