I just downloaded APG 2.0.0 and am very intrigued. Unfortunately when I try to put a pano together from NEF files from my Nikon D200 it makes them look very dark when they are in the panorama. They look fine in the Group window, but not in the pano. Any ideas?

I have seen the same thing with the Mac 64 bit version with my NEF files from a D100. The pictures are very dark, have a pink/red hue in bright areas. Also the panorama does not render correctly, images are rendered as discrete, separate images with a black border between them. I have converted the image to jpg's and then used autopano and they display/render correctly.

It seems that we get this issue for D100 nef. We'll check that.

Yes, DrSlony - each set is 3 bracketed images, +/-2 stops in this case. I haven't done this with single exposures.

mr_fusion: that is a multiband issue, it was present in older versions as well, see this:

Ah, I have looked at this old problem and I understand what you are saying now. I don't think that the issues are related - I think my poor description of the visual symptoms confused things! The final rendering looks more like the original (discoloured) images spaced in a regular grid over a solid black background. It seems that Alexandre has identified this as an issue with D100 (and D200?) NEF imports, so let's see what Kolor say about it. I can post screenshots if necessary though. Getting the same thing OSX 10.5.6 with Autopano 2 64bit.
Nikon D50 Nef files very dark & red/magenta cast where the white should be.
Image thumbnails look ok in groups window, but previews & renders wrong.
