Eos Trigger from Adidt Remote

I bought an Adidt remote trigger ages ago when it was the 'in' remote cable on e-bay.  Seems like there are some new knockoff's that are more prevalent these days.  Anyways the nice part about it was I remembered there was a socket on the side which is 2.5mm...(http://photonotes.org/reviews/wired-rem … ond remote)

I assume I can plug the cable from the teletrack stright into this remote and no fuss, no muss and no soldering?

Thanks,
Matt
