Ok. It seems that I just need to fix the File menu crash (as I already did several times).
About Credit/License problem, I won't spent any time on it, as it is not mandatory and I really don't know what is the issue. And yes, I think the GUI differences are due to the OS (hildonization not the same on all versions).

I need the Papywizard trace level logs (activated from the Preferences dialog, in the last tab).
Logs printed in x-term and in the Log window of Papywizard are the same if they come from the app. But when there are strange things like crashs, there often have some warnings only visible on x-term. So I need the logs from x-term.
And no, as long as the app does not run anymore, you can't access to the Log window.

Mmm, yes, you may be right. Anyway, all this is related to libglade, the component which build the GUI from a xml file (this xml file is generated by glade, a GUI designer). But I don't understand why the 1.4.0 does not work anymore!!! Are you sure you removed the previous version before installing it?
libglade is an external component of GTK. But since GTK 2.12, there is a new mecanism, called Builder, which does the same. There is a converter to convert glade file to Builder file (both in xml). I've just switched the main dialog to Builder. Can you give it a try on the Nokia? Just download the 1.5.6d version...
The problem is that on 770, we don't have GTK 2.12 (only 2.10).

Yes, I'm sure I uninstalled before installing 1.4.0.1. Could some component of a later version somehow have been left behind?
1.5.6d-1 doesn't load on N800 - it just throws up the Logger window.
