Sorry if this is an FAQ but I couldn't find much information on this forum or in the docs.
I have a number of bracketed exposures with EV -1, 0 and +1. The preview looks ok, but when I select HDR color correction and then open Tone Mapping RH4 dialog and select Enabled, the preview becomes just a black rectangle - is it normal? If I select LDR color correction, it renders ok but highlights become overexposed.
Thank you!
JD.

You have to adjust the Tone Mapper sliders to get the correct exposure...

Nope, it doesn't work. If I move both sliders all the way to the left, I see some details but the image is still very dark.

Did you use anchors?

I think you'll be a lot happier with overall results if you tone map first with Photomatix Pro. Then stitch with APP.

I Agree, there is a bug... I can make it work when the color correction is on none instead of HDR... But the filter are not convenient to use anyway. I really love Autopano... But for HDR, PTGui is better... Let's cross finger that next version will have better HDR function

I agree, PTGUi does a better job with HDR than APP. However, overall, APP is without comparison. But for HDR, nothing better than Photomatix Pro.
