Total Newbie Questions :)

Hi there everyone!

First up, I'd like to say thanks to everyone who created Papywizard. It seems like just the thing I was looking for!

Secondly, I am a little stuck. So I have my Merlin head and I've just ordered a Nokia N800 so that I can control the head out in the field. Even though I've read a lot of the forum, that's about as far as I've got... So here are my questions;

1) What bluetooth dongle do I need to work with the N800?

2) I am aiming to make timelapse videos using a Canon 400d. Is there a beginners guide to using the Papywizard software? How to log in all the stop points, timing and taking a photo at each point etc. Sorry if I've totally missed the "beginners guide" thread.

Thanks for your help!

Welcome to the forum...

I recommend this one - you connect it to the Merlin mount. the N800 has Bluetooth built-in:

I'm not sure what Claude charges but the same device is also offered by Kolor and SkiVR:
