Generally, it's ok. But there are errors. Try to calibrate more precisely - the nodal point is set inaccurately. I would also change the shooting spot - on the second floor closer to the bar, on the first floor closer to the windows. Strong light-striking - proper shooting in HDR would have solved this problem. And lastly, commenting on acutance - I managed to get it right after many trials and errors, see the result:

Amazing place Octavias and perhaps bracketing would help for the external windows so not blown and also internally for not making it so dark. Not necessarily try HDR but fusing the brackets may work. I find the HDR version you have Variety to saturated and unrealistic looking. again a personal preference and not a critique. lastly love the stairs icon for going up and coming down the stairs - great alternative to the standard hotspot icon.

Thank you guys, you have given me much to think about next time i shoot!
Dmitry, you are right, the placement might of been chosen incorrectly. About the HRD mode, i don't really prefer HDR because of the fact it makes the place look unrealistic like UK Pano mentioned and also, i have tried to import the HDR images into PTquit and it failed to stitch them everything so i would stick to bracketing. In your case of the Water World Virtual tour, it kind of works since its all dreamy and that whole atmosphere works together, but in this case i don't know if I would sue that technique.
UK Pano, Thanks for the stairs comment, it was my partners idea and i loved it too! And yes, i am convinced that I ALWAYS need to shoot with a braker exposure to fix things like this or maybe just re-do my RAW images in camera raw to be slightly less exposed? What do you think? or is it alwasy better to get the original image on the exposure you want?
Lastly, Firefire!(aka Neil) p.s. SWEET USER NAME lol but yes, we started with a mirror ball but now i have really fallen in love with a beautiful Nadir shot, so i am aiming for that all the time! thanks!

Pretty good job! I like the place and the hotspot for stairs. I would give you advice, like posted above, use brackets next time. If you do it right, it won't become dreamy and unrealistic. The blowout windows and really dark areas in every picture a bit eat the power of the tour. At the bar panorama there is a bit haze over the image which eats colors and contrast. Check out this cottage i have shot with 7 brackets and see how it does work

Just pointing out things i suggest would work maybe better but it's all up to you how you want to present your tours Keep up working and doing good job!

Great tour Jesse Passoja and thanks for the advice, i really like the help. My next tour i am def going to shoot with a braket. Let me ask you this:
After you import your brakets in your computer, do you make 7 different sticktes and then layer them in photoshop, or do you do the HDR work in photoshop and then make ONE panorama?

My workflow is like this:
RAW files on PC, tonemap brackets in HDR program -> save as JPEG, then stitch them in Autopano and finish the panoramas in lightroom and fix errors in photoshop. That's kinda it. I always tonemap all brackets and the stitch panorama. Feels more effective and has less errors.
