Windows 8 Pro - Metro App IE10 - Shockwave Flash Plugin

I recently upgraded to Win8.

example tour I created with ptp1.8 using Flash only Option with the defualt fullpage.html template:
http://www.gigapixel.at/test123/virtualtour.html
IE10 has no Problems to Display the tour in normal Windows mode.
if I Access the Metro tile of IE10 and Access the same link, I get note that Flash Player 9/10 or higher is needed and if clicking the install link I get to Adobe page:
http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/ … ows-8.html

I followed each single line in this help page and everything was right in place, I've nothing to Change.
nevertheless no success...

do I miss something?

It seems that the Metro IE10 app may only support Flash in certain circumstances?:
