Hi,
I create a virtual tour with PTP http://spiral.fr/pac/pa.html
it works fine on computers Mac and Pc, on iPad, on iPhone but 2 friends of mine say it doesn't work on their Samsung Galaxy phone;
they get a message telling them flash is not installed.
As I developped the tour for mobiles too, they should see the HTML5 version but they don't.
Could you tell me why it doesn't work on their Phone .

Here's are a few of reasons:
1. Currently HTML/javascript (HTML5) support on Android platforms is inconsistent and unreliable - see:

2. The HTML file created when you build a tour for both desktop (Flash) and mobile (idevice) p;atforms invokes a script that detects the brower user-agent of the platform being used tio view the tour. if the script detects and iDevice browser user-agent it will road the HTML/javascript (HTML5) version of the tour, otherwise with will attempt to load the Flash version of the tour.
3. PTP currently incorporated krpano 1.0.8.14 rather than the latest version of krpano 1.0.8.15. This will change with v2.x of PTP at which point a wider range of Android platforms may be supported, but not all because of the inherent limitations of older Android platforms.
The problem lies with Android not with krpano or Kolor.

Try installing Flash Player 11.1.for Android 4.0 (11.1.115.17) from this link http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/ … sions.html and use a swf player to view on galaxy
