Hello,
I need to do the opposite action of stitching. I have a large file (PS max of 300.000 x 300.000 pixels) and need to cut it up in 4000 smaller square files. Unfortunately, not all the sizes are the same, some rows of smaller files need to be narrower than most. Is there a method to do this without manually placing grid lines in photoshop and cutting out the desired pixels, paste them in a new PS file, and save them as JPG?
All advice is welcome. I have a lot of photoshop experience, but never had to work with these super large .psb files.
Thanks,

Guess you can build a Photoshop-action to automate the thing.
But i think Andrews suggestion using KRO utils should be fine.

Hi.. I have created a Droplet for you but you will need Photoshop.. I have sent it to you..
All you need to do is drag and drop your images onto the Droplet and it will create a folder and slice up your images in seconds..
