I have an information box which links to a html file with some text, however this is not working on my iPhone, does anyone know why?

I'm not sure I understand what you mean by 'an information box which links to a html file with some text'.
How is this configured in PTP - can you show us some screenshots?

What i should have said is this, I have a button that when pressed box with some text in pops up (html file) however this does not work when viewing on iPhone.
