Hello from Brooklyn! and very nice work!
Love the HDR work and all the bright colors! Also very good job on the Nadir patch and the stitching, i would use some customization for the navigation bar and that is it. Something cool like water droplets for icons or something ![]()
I am originally from Ukraine but live and work here in Brooklyn now!

Hello from Australia..
Been to Russia.. Bigggggggg.. and COLD
Love your lens, Its on my list.. Its just like my 35mm 1:2D but on steroids..
I have the D800 but with the 14-24 lens which is awesome..
When we get to be rich I guess.. ![]()
I would be careful calling them 3D though, it might spark a riot with some.. ![]()

Hello Brooklyn!
Hello Australia!
Thank you for your feedback. I will strive for excellence, as this gives continuous practice and knowledge. I try to photograph only using HDRi. But at the same time, I also want to learn to do panoramic coverage; HDRi photography will be impossible, and the lighting issue must be solved as well. On the 23rd, Schwarzenegger is arriving in Moscow. I already got my accreditation. I would like to make a panoramic photo of the press-conference, but I don't believe in success. Lighting is the problem again.
I tried the 14-24 lens, and I don't share the enthusiasm about it. It is a great reporting lens, but in reality it does not give as many lines as Zeiss or Ai-S lenses; additionally it has several drawbacks in design, which have to be compensated in the RAW-converter profile. While it's not critical for reporting photography, it is a problem for panoramic shooting. It requires monitoring the geometry of orthogonal lines; it is also too heavy.

Right. We did some advertising jobs using it on a D3x. The weight isn´t a problem on a good head - great lens nevertheless - but i think it´s not optimal for pano-shooting.
So i prefer to use 20mm and 35mm primes as wideangles in addition to the fisheye.
best, Klaus
