ERROR: looktohotspot() - hotspot "mapspot1" not found WARNING: unknown

using a floor-plan with hotspots. Getting this message ("ERROR: looktohotspot() - hotspot "mapspot1" not found
WARNING: unknown action: closepanoobjects") when I push on the hotspot on the floor plan.
What I'm doing wrong ? Can somebody help me ?

Hi.. DId you upload all of your files.. Looks like you have some missing map hotspots..

You need to upload everything in your data/graphic folders etc..

this error messages also shows up even when I only testing it out of Panotour pro !

thanks a lot this was exactly the problem with the transition on "Zoom in " now I changed to default and it worked perfect !!
