Hi,
last week I wanted to show a friend a virtual tour created with panotpor pro. I create it every time with the additional html-files for apple-products. She started the tour and the failure notice said that she has to install the flash-player. It was not her PC, so she did not install the Flashplayer. I wasn't able to show her the tour. Why doesn't the tour automatically switch to the html-file like Iphone and Ipad do? I think it should be no problem that every tour with html- and swf-file can be played off- and online on each device..
thx

Currently the HTML file created when building a tour comprising both Flash and HTML/javacsript (iDevice compatible) versions invokes a script that detects the brwoser user-agent of the platform being used to view the tour. If it detects an iDevice browser user-agent it will load the HTML/javascript version of the tour, in all other cases it will attempt to load the Flash version of the tour.
On a PC running the Safari browser you can test this by changing the browser user-agent setting, which will toggle between the two versions of a tour.
