Hi i am new to the forum but i have been reading for a while. This is an awesome community
I am stitching my first panoramas with autopano pro 3.0 but somehow zenith stitching is not working.
When i stitch an image with a three or building it is all good but when i am stitching a blue sky or cloudy sky autopano doesnt even recognize the image. I attempt to force autopano to include the image and create manual points but that is not working neither the image is still excluded
Hope that anyone can share your insights. Thanks

you can use the import wizzards (gigapan) if you remember the image pattern you used to take your pano.
you also can download papywizard and create an xml file with your image pattern used. this xml file can be used with papywizard import wizzard.

Hi Django,
i too had the problem with large areas of sky, water, grey mist. They all ended in catastrophic result and totally degenerated panos. After many unsuccessfull attempts i followed this *1) tutorial step by step, and jippijeahjahjippijippijeah it works now.
Most important in such cases is "skipping optimization" in the import, and before you do the first global optimization you must clear all false links in the sky areas that are caused by sensor dust or dust on the lens.
greetings from germany
Chris
