Hot Spot not always clickable

Sometimes.. when I create a clickable Hot Spot
- that allows the viewer to switch scenes
- I can "see the hotspot" but the Tool Tip doesn't display, and
- the Hot Spot is not clickable

I've asked this question before... no one could answer it. Kolor has no idea why it does it.

For example:

Scene opens... the non-clickable Hot Spot is located to the right (off screen)

The pano auto-rotates, and the Hot Spot in questions comes into view from the right.

I can see the Hot Spot blinking.

When I move the mouse over the Hot Spot... the Tool Tip does not display.

If I try to click it - nothing happens.

The only was I've gotten the Hot Spot to work is (and this doesn't always work)
- to stop the rotation, and
- center the Hot Spot on the screen
- move the mouse around and around until eventually the Hot Spot appears, and
- try to click the Hot Spot

People vieiwng this pano will never go through this process to change scenes.

This doesn't happen on every Hot Spot (in fact, most Hot Spots work fine)
but once it happens... it will almost always happen.

Any ideas ? suggestions ? - has anyone else seen this happen ?

I am using Pano Tour Pro v.1.8.0 64 bits

Re: Hot Spot not always clickable

having an online demo of your phenomen could help
to verify if other users with other browser/other/browser settings/other OS using have the same issue like you.
and if not than we could look deeper to your setup.
