Can someone suggest which website I can download panoramic images file in high resolution (can be printed on

the canvas that has the length around 1.5 meter) with affordable price or free ?

Hey, try World Panorama Stock (google it). It would help people answer if you explained what they would be intended for.

From my search,most image price is quite high.

Shoot one yourself, let it print on canvas the size you want, put it on/in a frame . . . and see what´s the price is.
