one pano is split up in three

HI,
I am using autopano giga on a Mac. I am new,I have to admit, and hope not to ask an "obvious how to fix" question. I digged around, but could not find a solotion. Ok, here the problem:
I made a big pano with my Gigapan Epic Pro (120 single pictures), and it nearly worked perfekt, .... but ... autopano finds three panos (see attached screenshot), one big one, and two very small ones, that would perfectly fit into the big one.
How do I tell autopano, that I only want one big pano, and that the two small ones fit into the big one?

thanks for any help
Juergen

Re: one pano is split up in three

Checking the setting "Force every image to be in 1 pano" in "Detection" tab should do that

Did you use the Gigapan Import filter - select File/Import...
