After I upgrded and rerendered the file the size went up from 140MB to 1GB and I am getting an IO error

in ptp 1.8:
Panorama Properties -> Pictures tab: Jped Quality: which value is set? I assume 12... if you reduce it back to 10 than the tour should be "small" again.
