how do I correct bending in the outer edges?

I am new user and I have gigapan pro. I have not gotten autopano yet but I read somewhere in gigapan forum that autopano can fix the bending of the sky issue. Can you guys help me how I can avoid bending problem?  I have attached my image for reference purposes.  The problem is the huge bending of the roof in the image.

Can this problem be fixed? I want to have a straight line roof.

Thanks

You may find these links about projections informative:

You might try experimenting with the Pannini (http://vedutismo.net/Pannini/) projection in APG 3.01:
