Re: Update

emm.... You have to be serious..! Kolor have provided a great deal for those who already own 2.6 for just €79.

To answer your question... The reason why you need to pay for the update V3, is to take advantage of the new features that took Kolor programers an incredible amount of work to create.. But in short, you don't have to update to take advantage of these major updates,  you can simply continue to use version 2.6.

Re: Update

It is quite clear on the Kolor website that incremental upgrades to a version (ie from 2.5 to 2.6) are free.

However, new versions (ie from 2 to 3) have to be purchased, but users of the last version get a discount.

Don't see why you are complaining, you bought version 2 and can still use it.

Re: Update

The reason you must pay is simple, the people working for Kolor need to pay their rent, food, gasoline, heating, electricity...etc. It is the way the world runs, at least a big part of the world ;-)
