APG 3.0.1 on Win7 64bit using...
settings->temporary folders: I did add 2 folders, and here 2 different orders are possible:
1. K:\autopano-temp\
2. L:\autopano-temp\
and
1. L:\autopano-temp\
2. K:\autopano-temp\
after closing settings window and restarting autopano I now open in both cases a apg project with file->open workspace:
but now independent of the entered order autopano allways does open L:\autopano-temp\

Hello Georg,
Not sure to understand the issue you're facing.
There is absolutely no link between the selected temporary folders and the lastest browsed directory. If this behavior existed in previous release, then I suppose it was a bug.
Maybe I miss something in your post, so don't hesitate to correct me.

one of these days...
after rebooting pc I couldnt redo it myself. now always the last opended folder will be reopened by selecting the autopano workspace.
before rebooting allways my K:\autopano-temp folder was showing up, regardless which folder I did use in past tries and also changing the order of my temp-folders did not change this behaviour.
so ... case closed
