I made a tour that as :
1. movie in it format - MP4 - its not working in my ipad do i need to change the video format ?
2. the names of points not working in Ipad also ...
any idea ?

As far as I know (please feel free to corect me if I'm mistaken) 'embedded' video. and tooltips (is that what you mean by 'the names of points'?). are not supported in tours generated for iDevices by the current version of Panotour Pro.
