I have not been able to do local optimization on my project.
in the "optimization" tab, If the box "local optimize" is checked, and no other boxes, and I click "optimize", nothing happens. Maybe I see the progress bar flash for a split second, maybe not.
I have seen this in APG 3 rc1 and also 3.0 final.
I don't know if there is a way to make the project optimize locally only. I dont know if it's doing local optimization at all if I also have the "final optimization" box checked also.
For now, I guess, I will have to try optimizing the project in APG 2.64.

Hi, Just to confirm,
Opening the project in APG 2.64, it is definitely doing "local" optimization and nothing else - it is taking a long time to do local optimization - this is definitely not happening on APG 3.
