update to 3.0 via my account fails with IE10

I can select the update product
and process to checkout succceeds, the saved address can be selected.
but than pressing continue to come to step2 (payment Information) does fail and I get logged out.
the product remains in my basket.

also in compatibility mode it Fails same way.

I buy te update 1 min ago and no problems try again

no with IE10 on Win7 64 bit still failing.
(I also disabled my Firewall to check this...)

EDIT: in compatibility mode even worse, now getting internal Server error 500...

will try it tomorrow again, finally with Firefox & co I expect to be successful ;-)

Did the Beta version work...?? or is it just the downloading that will not work...??

You might have to delete all older versions and reboot and try again..

sorry for missing Infos...

no Installation worked without issues.
logging into my kolor account "My Account" top right in the kolor menu bar. here under my Upgrades the upgrade to autopano giga 3.0 final is listed.
1.st step and selecting my billing address does work, than clicking to "continue" to billing step Fails using IE10 preview on my win7. the first click does nothing and second click on the Icon does log me out and Redirects me to the kolor shop. when using the compatibility mode I get the internal Server error 500 instead of the Redirect...

so I assume all win8 users cant buy the upgrade when using IE10...

I must say that the ordering process is still a bit cumbersome, I was changed language a few times, had to select windows or mac before buying but then could use the provided key on both platforms here in my office. I would not be surprised if some customer don't make it till the end and sales are lost there.

your 2.6 license is not valid for 3.0, you need to buy the update. the updates within a major release are free (e.g. 2.0->2.5, or 2.5->2.6.4)
but you get an discount because you own a 2.6 license.

(on this login page you can find links to hwo to upgrade and the update & upgrade policy pages...)
after login you can find a register my upgrades where the discount will be shown depending if you own autopano or autopano giga 2.6...

I think if you bought your first version of APG after June 2012 then you can upgrade to 3.0 for no charge otherwise there is a reduced charge compared to a new purchase

so here you can see the price for you... 0,-€

you cant use your 2.6 license for 3.0 version.
two possible ways, which one is correct I cant say, because I cant verify in my account (I bought in 2009...):
+ buy the 3.0 license for 0,-€ and than you get the license automatically in "My licenses"
+ or this "buy" is not needed and the 3.0 license is automatically dropped into "My licenses"

I am having a problem also, I cannot order the upgrade to V3.00 at all...I get as far as logging into my account, selecting the platforrm and it just hangs on the next page. I have tried it in Safari, Firefox on my Mac Pro, I have tried it on my iPad using 2 different browsers and it is not passing me to the shop to complete the purchase. I have had NO communication from Kolor since 9.25am this morning after I sent screenshots showing that I was logged into my account. The Promo code that they supplied did not work either...I did not realise it would be so difficult to purchase an upgrade, and am a bit annoyed that Kolor have not responded to 2 emails I sent in the meantime.

I have tried it now in IE9 and Firefox in Windows....and still does not work. In IE9 after I selected 'Order' I was told that the page was not available..
