I can't check html5 for movil

Sometimes when I'm working with Panotour visits, the program doesn't let me export to html5 format.

Somebody know why? What might I'd done wrong?

Perhaps in those cases your pano images do not meet the minimum requirements when creating mobile-compatible tours?:
