pano in Powerpoint

Hi!

A client wants to have an interactive pano from us in a Powerpoint presentation. I did it with a PDF presentation once - but i have no idea about Powerpoint.

Some thoughts?

best, Klaus

Re: pano in Powerpoint

Hi Klaus,
my Powerpoint is too old (2003), and has only the ability to add hotlinks, no way to add html- or swf-content. Hmm, might have overseen this.

Maybe the microsoft forum http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums … ategories/ , there is a Office section, could be a better place for questions concerning Powerpoint. You need to register yourself for the forum.

greetings from Wuppertal
Chris

Re: pano in Powerpoint

emm.. The issue might be, the version of PowerPoint.. Not all of them will do it.. which leads to the fact that not all will be able to view it.. The earlier versions you could add the ActiveX, but that all changed a few years ago so now that is not an option..

Re: pano in Powerpoint

Now that is interesting.. and it excludes the ActiveX which has always been an issue..

Hi Andrew!

Yep - i found it yesterday. But i do´t know anybody who tried it . . cool
I guess from what i read it MIGHT work - but i´m too unexperienced with Powerpoint to being able to judge that.

I guess at least a link to the .swf on the same stick will do for running it in browser . . . .

thanks to you all, mates!

best, Klaus
