Hi guys!
I'm quite new around here so I believe you'll find my question too simple...
I have the PTP 1.8.0. I've done a project and exported it also in the HTML5 version (iPad/iPhone), however, when I try to open the html file on my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (no flash support in chrome browser), is says it needs Adobe Flash Player. I've read some documentation about this question, including the licenses files but, unfortunately, I still haven't been able to make it work. This is quite urgent because I need this done by next week and the HTML version is crucial to my client.
If someone can help me with some configuration needed or some link in where I can check what I'm doing wrong I would be extremely thankful!
Thanks!

Hello again!
I really need this. I have been searching for info about this topic but I haven't find anything. If there is a topic or something about how to get html version to work please give me the link.
Thanks a lot in advance!
Cheers!

Note that if you use the PTP HTML template when building both Flash and HTML/javacsript version of a tout then when viewing the tour via the HTML file it invokes a script that detects the browser of the viewing platform to determine which version of the tour to load.
It will only load the HTML/javascript version of the tour if it detects an Apple iOS browser.
As far as I know it will never attempt to deliver the HTML/javascript version of the tour to an Android platform.
You will have to take a different approach if you want to try and run the HTML/javascript version of PTP tour on an Andorid platform.
As the link above to krpano docs shows your Samsung platform runiing Android is not completely compatible. This is a failing of Android not a failing of krpano/PTP.
What platform is your client wishing to use to view tours?

Hi mediavets!
You're totally right! The problem is exactly the Chrome browser for Android, which is not that stable... I tried with a different browser and worked fine, as well as one the iPhone. So the problem is, in fact, Android...
My client wants it to work on iPhone/iPad, which is! So, problem solved! ![]()
Thanks a lot for your help! ![]()

Hi Ricarditu. I use http://www.browserstack.com/ to view projects across multiple devices, platforms and browsers. Pretty handy.
