Hi Chris.. Not sure why you have issues with your nadir, this should be an easy one.. Can you please send me the cube face for the first pano Nadir image unedited, with tripod....

Hi Destiny,
at first many thanks for your offer. But i think the problem is based on 3b3, which cannot do local geometry analysis and cannot do local optimizing. In 3b3 it always goes in global analysis and optimize. And global optimize ends in a catastrophe. There are already one or two threads about it, and kolor has opened an issue.

So in the moment i add the nadir pic and "hand-optimize" it, dragging, moving, tilting by hand. And i wait for the 3.0 final.

In one of the threads, i think Klaus started it, there was said that "something in the pictures say i am landscape format, but really they are portrait". In the Friedhofskirche panos i had special glimpse on landscape/portrait orientation, but the attempt to optimize after inserting nadir shot always ends in catastrope. Same in 2.6.4 and 3b3.

I will wait for the 3 final, hoping it can do a better local analysis and optimize. If not, i will ask you all (and especially you wink ) for help.

greetings from germany
Chris

This Nadir shoud be easy to get retouched. Use the krpano-droplets for making cubefaces, retouch the down-face and convert the faces back to an equirectangular.

best, Klaus

How did you - given you did - shoot the Nadir?

Re: Friedhofskirche Wuppertal

Hola Cristiano Stuben:
