on the page i see the thumb.
when i click on the thumb the panorama open, show the preview (?)
and then i see the html site without pano.

Re: widget will not open in author

Hi Sasha,

Is it possible for you to upload your widget, and send me its url to contact@kolor.com ?
I'll check it's content.

By the way, you can also check if the tour is a valid one, by getting inside the widget. an iBooks widget is "only" a directory that contains a basic tour and some metadata files.

Re: widget will not open in author

hi,

i found the bug!

it`s not a widget problem.
the failure is by generation the mobile version!

when i generate only a mobile version or mobile & widget, the software don`t generate the swf file!
only when i make a desktop tour, i get a swf file.

panotour: v 1.8.0
krpano: v 1.8.8.14

That's correct. For Panotour Pro V 1.8:

Selecting 'Standard tour (Desktop)' means PTP will generate the Flash/SWF version of a tour. This will run on most Flash-enabled platforms.

Selecting 'Mobile devices tour (iPad/iPhone)' means PTP will generate the HTML/javascript version of a tour.  As far as I know at present this will only run reliably on Apple iDevices and with the Safari browser with the appropriate user-agent setting.

..............

With the current V1.8 of Panotour Pro, if you choose to create both versions of a tour and also use one of the HTML template options, then when you view the tour via the HTML file a script is invoked that detects the browser user-agent and loads the HTML/javascript version of the tour if it detects an iOS browser user-agent but otherwise attempts to load the Flash version of the tour.
