Some qeustions 1. rebuilding time 2. alpha channel 3. .swf autoload

Got some questions to ask about PTP
1. After I have built a tour in PTP I can add some minor changes (like relocating hotspots) and rebuilt it again. Here is the thing - sometimes PTP rebuilds the whole tour from the scratch and I have to wait like 10 minutes (especially if it has like 40 panos) till it is finished, but other times it just adds the changes to .xml in less than 5 seconds. I still can not tell why the rebuilding time is different for different tours - sometimes PTP rebuilds the whole tour, and sometimes it just adds this minor changes.
I never embed files or xmls and all general options are pretty much the same in all the tours I made.
2 I can not really understand what alpha channels ptp supports - I know that if I put .flv with alpha channel in a rectangle over the pano - the alpha would work. Alpha channel in .swf also works - i made  some objectVR with alpha and they work when the .swf pops up on clicking on a hot spot (probably would work in a rectangle as well). But for some reason a .png with alpha is not supported (I wanted to make a pop up png with alpha embedded in a hotspot, but it substitutes alpha channel with white background) Can I change something in .xml to make it work?
3 I embed flv or other videos in a hotspot and when I click the hotspot it is played from the beginning, that is good. Buuuuut, if I do the same thing with an .swf slideshow or auto-rotating VRobject it starts to play it on the background right after the pano has loaded. When I click the hotspot I can be in the middle of the slideshow or in the end of it (depending on how much time has passed since the pano has loaded). Is it possible to change something in .xml to stop automatically starting embedded .swf after the pano has loaded.

As I recall, the alpha channel was 'honoured' in a PNG I made as a nadir patch.

Re: Some qeustions 1. rebuilding time 2. alpha channel 3. .swf autoload

Hello,

1/Building TIme
In your different tours, does the "Picture Export" property have the same value ?
http://www.autopano.net/wiki-en/action/ … Tour_Build
If you do not export the tiles, then the re-build is faster

2/Alpha channel in png files
Alpha channel is supported in png files.
Can you share your png ? It will allow us to find why it does not work on your side.

3/Autoplay of a swf animation
Nothing can be done by PTP automatically inside the XML file to start or stop a swf file animation, as PTP does not know the API of your swf.
