missing dll error message on reboot after install

I get this missing dll panel during reboot after installing APG 3 beta 2 or 3

If I reboot again for whatever reason then I don't see this on subsequent reboots

Is this an APG bug or my env

I'm using Win XP SP3 2GB RAM

I have been getting more than usual crashes with the new beta versions and have sent a crash dump to support as well but that may be a separate issue

Also got this same message when going from B2 to B3 and also no issue on subsequent reboot.  Running same XP SP3 with max ram.  APG seems to work ok though
