I can not create the "keys" to Bing Maps.

Do you have already a key generated? The license for bing map says you can create one key for mobile devices, and one for other purpose. If you try to generate a second key in each category, you get this message.
AND very often the webpage is under service, then you get error messages too.
Try to generate a second key with a brand new account.

i just tried to make a second account for a second key.
first try: error message.
the url field has been marked red. url has been www.domainthatshouldnotexist.com
second try: success!
i changed the url to http://www.domainthatshouldnotexist.com
this generated a key. Bingo!
Try again and have a closer look to the error message. It should give a hint what is missing.
Or try another web browser, i have used Chrome.
