Hi folks
I'm producing a virtual tour with videos and in my first test the video in mp4 format worked very well, but when I added more panoramas with videos, the retangular links showed in black and there was no video.
At now, with my tour placed in the web server appears this message: error - unable to open the video.

I had tried with mp4 format, and flv format with the same problem. I'd tried all sorties of configurations I now, but did nothing works.
Locally in my computer there is no problem.
Do you know what is the problem and What I need to do to fix it?
