I never did it myself ... I just read some postings "flat" images concerning...

maybe some help for your project.
I assume you did try the multiple viewpoints option and also to manually set CP's between the images and the option that all images have to be in the same pano...
search the forum for "1000mm". many such flat projects issues can be found...
