Hi Fernando!

I suggest to use an additional rail for moving the camera back to match the vertical and horizontal NoParallaxPoint (NPP - vulgo "Nodal-point") by sliding the camera/lens sidewards and for- backwards.

You can find the NPP in some tables like this one: http://wiki.panotools.org/Entrance_Pupil_Database

I can´t see any stitch-errors in your panos - too small - but i bet they´re there wink.

best and good luck, Klaus

Yes, please ... i am searching for a portable, programmable device for controling my panogear.

Does the android app support predefined shooting pattern? Does it generate a xml file with the exact position of each shot?

greetings from germany
Chris

Re: PanoramaApp + Skywatcher + BT Home (Dealextreme module 6$) + Android

Hello.

The device is relatively simple to build and works just like the more expensive commercial.

14$

The components needed are:

1. - Bluetooth module like this:

http://dx.com/p/jy-mcu-arduino-bluetoot … 9?item=128

2.-adapter TTL / RS232 like this:

http://dx.com/p/mini-rs232-to-ttl-conve … 934?item=1

3. - 5V stabilizer (e.g. 78L05)

4.-A bit of soldering skills

The scheme is below ..

Also works ok with papywizard

Hello.
Unfortunately, the device is put into a plastic shrink tubing to protect the inside and I can not remove it to show the interior.

The assembly is as describe in the previous post ...

Any questions you have can you ask without problems ...

Re: PanoramaApp + Skywatcher + BT Home (Dealextreme module 6$) + Android

Will this be functional with Merlin head itself connected to N800 or PC with BT?
Is this working same as BT module from Kolor or UrsaMinor?

Re: PanoramaApp + Skywatcher + BT Home (Dealextreme module 6$) + Android

Hello all ...

To "darkskies"

In the post mentionned by you,
http://www.kolor.com/forum/p110966-2013 … 01#p110966
there is only a "BT to TTL 5v module" who should be plugged directly into the base of the Allview mount or in the base of the Merlin head !
When you plug directly in the base, you should remove the hand controler.
This type of module will not work when plugged into the Goto Handcontroler, anyway this module have a RJ12 connector who will not fit at the base of the hand controler !!!!

In the present post,
http://www.kolor.com/forum/p106366-2012 … 46#p106366
there is a BT to RS232 module (with a TTL to RS232 additional convertor) who should be plugged into the Goto Hand controler RS232 port and the  Goto hand controler should be set to "Direct PC mode"

The wiring schema's are not the same !!!
