>30 panos with a Win32 Computer? how many memory does your Computer has? 3 Gig or 4 Gig?
if you sum all your pano images? if you have 3gig than lets say 30 panos x 100mb = 3 gigram... and Win32 itself uses >1gig ram for itself. So I would assume your error message does mean, than you've not enough memory

As Georg said it may be a memory lack error.
Are your panoramas all the same width ? Like the selected one ?
Is it the only error window that appears ?
There should be a second one indicating 3 temporary crash files. Did you see this one ?
In case of a memory lack, this second window may not appear (because there's not enough memroy :-( )
