someone, PLEASE, point me in the right direction... i placed and order and checked out via paypal on friday 10/5/, 4 days ago!!!....and have yet to receive my licencing information. i tried email, the contact form, pm on facebook, and contacted a moderator here..... not a good start for the warm and fuzzy of customer service...

while buying online you should have created an account at the shop.
logging into the account you should see all your licenses:

Oh, sure enough, created the account, and when i login the order shows "payment pending".... Payment was made in full via paypal at the time of purchase..... It has not yet hit my paypal acct.... I was able to reach a re-seller here in the states, they were kind enough to run it up the ladder for me.....hurry up and CONTINUE to wait...
