Hi, I have a new job. I have to make a virtual exhibition about ships.
There is another company who develop a mobile aplication for the ship virtual exhibition.
The question is that is there any way to use my PTP tours offline on mobiles include the mobile application (android and ios)? So if somebody download the application he get with it the virtual tours too for offline using?
Thanks!

Can only speak for the iPhone personally....but to view an offline tour you need to download an app called Goodreader, it's available for the iPad as well.

I generated a mobile tour with widget. Can you tellme, how can I export or inport it to the iOS devices?
Or maybe how can I make a downloadable version from it?
Thanks!

Make an iBook with ibooks author......do this on a mac....in the book drop the widget.
Place the book on a website like http://alsofjeerbent.nl/ibooks/alsofjee … ten.ibooks and send the link to an ipad

The most fluent, easiest way (we tried them all) in my eyes is:
1) load down and install "HTML Books" on your iPad.
2) in the pano- resp. pano-tour folder on your machine generate an "index-html" by duplicating and re-naming your *panoname*.html (you don´t need a Mac to do it)
3) Zip the complete folder and load it up to your server. (you don´t need a Mac to do it)
4) being in HTML-Books on your iPad open it´s download dialog and download the *.zip.
You don´t need to make a website for it.
That´s all. The *zip will unzip into the bookshelf automatically - and from that moment on you have your pano/tour locally stored on rthe iPad and you can
play it whenever you want without the need of a connection to a server.
We do that for quite a time and our clients do it too for presenting the panos/tour we made for them in meetings/presentations at their clients.
Works perfectly and our clients - and their clients - definitely are highly amazed. That´s the way it should be! ![]()

I agree with Klaus. The HTML Books app from the Apple app store is the easiest way to do offline tours. The only difference in my workflow is I keep the .zip on my local drive and use iTunes to transfer it to my iPad. Just download the app and read the instructions, they're brief and easy to follow, and in about 10 minutes you'll have what you need.
Have a beautiful day,
Trey
