Is the beta 1 that much an improvement over the alpha 3. Is it a no brainer to make this upgrade(from a3 to b1)?

I mean it´s a big step. For the first time i got fine results - RMS 1.2 - from importing and stitching bracketed shots. I always use photomatix to process them first.
Now i tested it by throwing 25x3 21mpx shots into and it stitched fine - and comfortably fast!
What i´m struggeling with is the way to handle the settings of that funny "Fusion" editor . . . but i guess i´ll find out ![]()

Everything works fluent and though my - somewhat elderly - graphic-card has it´s hurdles with GPU speed the speed is acceptable.
I didn´t try the Panoneed´s xml/Papywizard import yet - but i don´t expect any issues.
best to you, Klaus
